Local real estate agency PRDnationwide Newcastle & Lake Macquarie has made two appointments to its team.

Managing Director, Mark Kentwell, has welcomed Michael Hardy and Brett Stephens.

Mark said Michael is an accomplished real estate agent with more than eight years sales and property management experience in residential property, small developments and off the plan sales.

Brett started his career in real estate after a diverse career working in mining, at sea and in hospitality. He has worked in Australia and Fiji.

“Michael is Hunter born and bred so he has a thorough understanding of the local market,” Mark said.

“Brett has a passion for property and great people skills,” he said.

When asked why he wanted to join the PRDnationwide team Michael said it was because PRD is a highly reputable, market leader in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

“I look forward to bringing my market knowledge and skills to this role where I will be backed by proven systems, great training and supercharged selling teams,” Michael said.

Mark said the new appointments will enable it to continue to grow its customer base.
