While other real estate agencies are struggling under the current market conditions, Belle Property Charlestown, Hunter Valley and Cessnock are bringing more sales experts into the business.
Due to consistent growth in their markets, Belle Property has bolstered its team with the recent addition of three real estate agents located across its three offices.
Real Estate Agents Josh Logan-Pye and David Cantwell have joined the Belle Property Charlestown team, whilst Certified Practicing Valuer and rural property specialist, Ben Justin is providing real estate services from Belle Property’s Cessnock office.
David Cantwell specialises in the Redhead, Jewells and Floraville region and has brought a fresh approach to real estate in the area. He has quickly gained momentum in helping locals to realise their property goals. David said he is excited to be part of a vibrant team which has been achieving unprecedented results.
“At the end of the day, our role is to have a positive influence on the lives of our clients, which is something that everyone at Belle Property Charlestown works day in and day out to achieve,” David said.
Joshua Logan-Pye has joined the business to work closely with fellow Real Estate Agent, Joshua Lloyd, both of whom specialise in the Macquarie Hills, Cardiff, Cardiff Heights and Cardiff South areas. With two real estate specialists working on each sale, Joshua and Joshua said their passion is for providing a seamless service with a genuine focus on their clients and a commitment to their local community.
“I am fortunate enough to be part of a new generation of real estate professionals who are young, dynamic and market savvy. I am thrilled to be a part of the Belle Property team and contributing to their exceptional sales record,” Joshua said.
Sales Director and Auctioneer, Matthew McBrearty said that it is positive for people thinking of selling to see that a local agency is expanding its team despite the negative headlines, particularly coming from the Sydney market.
“Newcastle and the Hunter region are a different market to Sydney. The impact of the financial institution’s tightening hasn’t impacted the region as much as Sydney, as the coastal lifestyle and property affordability continues to draw buyers from outside of the region,” Matthew said.
“However, thriving in this market where buyers do need to be supported and guided through the sale process takes a particular skillset, and unfortunately previously many agents have had it too good and properties have simply sold as soon as they hit the market. Agents today have to work harder and they need to start thinking strategically in regards to their property marketing and sales strategies, including prioritising auctions to produce the best result for their vendors.”
Matthew provides one-on-one and group development and performance coaching for the agents working across Belle Property’s three offices.
“The team has risen to the challenge and have found a new way to help sellers and buyers in the market, which has meant we have continued to produce quality results whilst others have found it more difficult,” Matthew said.
“It is great to have Ben, David and Joshua join our team and hit the ground running under a boutique brand that really stands out on the market.”
The past six months have been a big year for the business, having opened its third office in a Cessnock location, launched an investment services arm under its property management department and added to its team of property management, sales and support professionals. The business currently has a team of 32 property specialists.
